Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

At MOZAMBIQUE, we pay the utmost attention to the quality of our products and deliver each one with great care. To give you peace of mind in the unlikely event of an issue, please find our policy below. We kindly ask that you read this carefully before placing your order.

■ Returns and Exchanges As a general rule, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to customer convenience. Please note that the following cases are also not eligible:

  • Errors made during the ordering process
  • Discrepancies between the product and your expectations or impressions
  • Requests made on or after the 8th day following the product's arrival

However, if the delivered product differs from your order or is found to be defective, we will promptly arrange an exchange or return. Please contact us within 7 days of the product's arrival via the inquiry form on our Contact page, and we will guide you through the return process. Return shipping in such cases may be sent cash on delivery.

■ Determination of Defects Defects are carefully assessed by our responsible department. We kindly ask that, before returning the item, you send us photographs or video that allow us to confirm its condition. Please note that if this cannot be provided, we may be unable to process a refund.

■ Damage or Soiling During Delivery If damage or soiling occurred during delivery, please contact us within 7 days of the product's arrival. After confirming the situation, we will arrange a return, exchange, or refund. In this case, we will cover both the return and reshipping fees.

Please note that an investigation by the delivery company may be required, so we kindly ask that you retain the product, outer box, and all packaging materials without discarding them.

■ Refunds Once inspection of the returned product is complete, we will contact you regarding whether a refund can be issued. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically using the same payment method used at the time of your order. Please note that, depending on the processing of your financial institution or credit card company, it may take some time for the refund to be reflected.

■ Order Cancellations After an order is confirmed, we are unable to accept cancellations due to customer convenience, even before shipment. We kindly ask that you review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
